What they're looking for
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience
- 8+ years of relevant professional experience and 3+ years of people management experience
- Experience owning technical direction and delivery across a multi-service platform, shared capability, or technical domain
- Strong knowledge of software architecture, system design, low-level design, API design, data modeling, testing, observability, and production operations
- Demonstrated ability to lead through influence, manage technical execution across teams, and translate business and customer needs into engineering outcomes
