What they're looking for
- Bachelors or Masters degree in User Experience Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
- 8+ years of professional experience working in User Experience Design or a related professional field
- Experience translating product requirements into design strategy and then acting on that strategy to deliver proposed design solutions which meet those requirements
- Experience mapping customer journeys and leveraging user stories and personas to inform design strategy
- Experience crafting design deliverables at various fidelities, including wireframes, mockups, and prototypes
- Experience leveraging design systems and shared component libraries to ensure consistency and velocity
