As an Associate on our Advisor Business Development team, you'll start conversations with financial advisors who are ready for a better platform and help move them from first call to signed. - Run daily outbound prospecting to financial advisors by phone, email, and LinkedIn
- Build and manage your own pipeline, keeping the CRM clean and your forecast honest
- Run discovery calls to understand an advisor's practice, goals, and timing
- Partner with senior teammates to move qualified advisors toward a signed agreement
- Hit and exceed monthly activity and pipeline targets
