About the role
As Assistant Manager, you'll help shape the future of our pharmacy team and the care we provide. This is a brand-new location in Richmond Hill, and you'll be the leader establishing the processes to launch and scale operations from day one. Working alongside the Pharmacy Management team, you'll guide daily operations, mentor staff, and build the workflows that set the pharmacy up for long-term success. What they're looking for
- Part A licensed pharmacist in good standing with the Ontario College of Pharmacists
- 5+ years of pharmacy experience, with leadership or management experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills and proven ability to lead, support, and coach staff
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on clarity and collaboration
- Proficiency in Kroll and comfort working with pharmacy management systems
- Committed to accuracy, patient safety, and regulatory compliance
