As Pharmacy Manager, you will be accountable for the overall operations, performance, and regulatory standing of our Richmond Hill pharmacy. You will lead with ownership and accountability, overseeing hiring, scheduling, workforce planning, and full-cycle performance management for a large, multidisciplinary team that includes pharmacists, technicians, assistants, shipping staff, and people managers. - Licensing: Part A licensed pharmacist in good standing with the Ontario College of Pharmacists
- Experience: 7+ years of pharmacy experience, with demonstrated success leading large teams in high-volume or fast-paced environments
- People Leadership: Proven ability to hire, manage, coach, and performance-manage sizeable multidisciplinary teams, experience building structure, accountability, and a strong team culture is essential
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on clarity, alignment, and cross-functional collaboration
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Kroll and comfort working with pharmacy management systems
- Operational Expertise: Ability to drive process improvements and maintain performance in a deadline-driven environment
