About the role

The Senior Manager, Creative Strategy is responsible for developing breakthrough commercial ideas that help Fetch's largest partners grow while shaping how Fetch brings new opportunities to market. Sitting within The Rewards Lab, this role translates consumer insights, business priorities and product capabilities into compelling commercial narratives that unlock revenue and create value for both users and partners. What they're looking for

  • 8+ years of relevant experience in creative strategy, brand strategy, content strategy, integrated marketing or a related role at a tech platform, agency or brand
  • Experience in or exposure to CPG, retail or restaurant marketing is a plus
  • A strong creative thinker who can move from an insight or business challenge to a compelling idea
  • Comfortable contributing to presentations and articulating the thinking behind your work to internal teams and external partners
  • Strong storytelling and deck-building skills, with an eye for making ideas simple, visual and persuasive
  • Able to balance creative ambition with practical execution and incorporate feedback without losing the core of an idea
