- Education – Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Aerospace, Robotics, or related Engineering field
- Experience – 5+ years managing programs in aerospace, robotics, or advanced manufacturing
- Technical Expertise – Hands-on NPD, NPI, and high-volume manufacturing experience, with knowledge of CNC Machining, 3D Printing, Additive Manufacturing, and Assembly
- Customer-Facing Skills – Proven ability to lead complex, technical engagements with aerospace and robotics clients
- Project Leadership – Strong program, risk, and time management abilities with a structured approach
- Communication – Excellent verbal and written communication across multi-cultural, cross-functional teams
