About the role
End-to-End Ownership: Own full-desk recruitment for 10–15 active requisitions across key business units, managing hires from initial sourcing through offer sign-off and initial onboarding. Diverse & Proactive Sourcing: Deploy targeted sourcing strategies utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter, Juicebox, Metaview, and local networking groups to attract top-tier, diverse candidate pipelines.
What they're looking for
- 3+ years of full-lifecycle recruiting experience , ideally originating from an agency, fast-paced startup, or hyper-growth environment
- On-site availability to work out of our Chicago office
- Generalist versatility: Ability and curiosity to recruit across distinct domain areas (e.g., Implementation, Marketing, Technical roles)
- Proven track record of ownership: Self-driven mindset with a history of solving bottlenecks independently
- Tech stack fluency: Practical experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, Lever (or similar ATS), Metaview, or modern sourcing tools
- Inclusion commitment: Dedicated to creating equitable candidate experiences and building diverse talent pipelines
