About the role
The EHS Associate 2 role is a highly visible, trusted partner to Operations—present at the Gemba, quick to support, and committed to enabling safe, high-quality work. In this role, you will respond to day-to-day questions, assist with incident investigations, and risk assessments, support GEMBA walks and audits, and help teams integrate EHS into standard work. Your focus is to listen, coach, and collaborate so that every colleague can do their best work safely, every shift.
What they're looking for
- May work in Mechanical/Production spaces that may require hearing protection and enrollment in a hearing conservation program
- Ability to discern audible cues
- Ability to ascend or descend ladders, scaffolding, ramps, etc
- Ability to stand for prolonged periods of time. 60 minutes
- Ability to sit for prolonged periods of time. Up to 60 minutes
- Ability to conduct activities using repetitive motions that include writs, hands, and/or fingers
