- Master’s or PhD in Engineering, Physical Sciences or related field
- 12 years's experience with a Master's, or PhD with 8 years' experience
- Proven track record in managing production of MEMS device from initial concept to pilot production
- Strong knowledge of silicon MEMS processing
- Good organization and communications skills for interaction with multi-disciplinary internal groups and external vendors
- Excellent analytical skills
