What they're looking for
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Industrial Engineering, or Quality Engineering, with specialization in Quality Systems and Statistics
- Must have 6-7 years of experience in QA systems, semiconductor industry preferred
- Must have experience as a quality assurance resource for data analysis, problem identification, resolution, and continuous improvement
- Experience in design and development of new product introduction
- Strong knowledge and experience for problem solving techniques such as 5 Why's, Fishbone, Process mapping, etc., to identify root cause and define CAPA
- Certified Quality Auditor / Engineer preferred

The Senior Quality Assurance Engineer is responsible for executing and improving key QMS processes on-site in Pueblo to drive improvements in FEUS processes and product quality, at a pace consistent with the needs of our strategic customers. This individual will work closely with the Manufacturing Process Engineers, Quality Control personnel, and Supplier Quality Engineer to identify and correct the root causes of unacceptable raw material, process, and/or product shifts.
