What they're looking for
- 3+ years of experience managing and developing teams, including performance management, coaching, mentoring, and talent development
- 8+ years of experience leading complex business discussions with executive stakeholders and managing strategic client relationships within financial institutions or related markets
- Experience supporting contract negotiations, renewal strategies, and consultative selling activities across a portfolio of clients
- Ability to analyze portfolio performance, interpret business trends, and use data to identify risks, opportunities, and action plans
- Ability to communicate effectively through verbal, written, presentation, and executive-level communication across internal and external stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Finance, Management, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education, related experience and/or military experience
