What they're looking for
- 8+ years of experience in implementation leadership, business transformation, consulting, or operational improvement within financial services, payments, or technology environments
- 8+ years of experience leading cross-functional initiatives involving portfolio management, process redesign, technology enablement, or operational execution
- 8+ years of experience leading current-state and future-state process mapping, gap analysis, business requirements definition, and process control design
- 8+ years of experience deploying AI, automation, analytics, or decision-support tools to improve delivery quality, cycle time, cost efficiency, or operational performance
- 8+ years of experience establishing governance frameworks and controls that align business priorities with risk, compliance, and technology standards
- Experience using executive reporting, scorecards, and performance metrics to manage delivery outcomes, identify risks, and support decision-making
