What they're looking for
- 6+ years of experience in product management leading enterprise software, branch banking, retail banking, or financial technology solutions
- 6+ years of experience developing and managing product roadmaps aligned to strategic business objectives
- 6+ years of experience leading products through multiple stages of the product lifecycle, from strategy through delivery and market adoption
- 6+ years of experience evaluating business and technical requirements and making prioritization decisions across cross-functional stakeholders
- Experience working with engineering, architecture, user experience, operations, implementation, sales, and support teams to deliver product outcomes
- Experience using application programming interface-based integrations or similar ecosystem connectivity approaches
