What they're looking for
- 5+ years of experience supervising maintenance or technical support activities for production equipment, industrial machinery, or related manufacturing systems
- 4+ years of experience troubleshooting, repairing, and coordinating maintenance work for mechanical, electrical, and electronic equipment in a production or industrial environment
- 4+ years of experience managing and developing teams in a maintenance, engineering support, or technical operations environment
- 4+ years of experience training technicians, assigning work, and monitoring workflow to support production uptime and maintenance quality
- 4+ years of experience creating reports, tracking work activity, and using maintenance records or related systems to support operational decisions
- High School Diploma, Associate degree, or higher in engineering technology, industrial maintenance, electronics, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education, related experience and/or military experience

Technical Engineering Supervisor
As a Technical Engineering Supervisor, you will lead the technician team supporting production equipment across 2nd shift in Chesapeake. You will be a partner with operations, maintenance, and site leadership to maintain equipment performance, resolve escalated technical issues, and support a safe, efficient production environment.
