The Senior Cybersecurity Engineer is responsible for implementing and advancing cybersecurity engineering practices across Fluence software products, operational technology (OT) environments, and supporting infrastructure. - 8–12 years of experience in cybersecurity engineering, preferably with exposure to product or OT/industrial environments
- Experience implementing cybersecurity controls in network, cloud, or infrastructure environments
- Familiarity with OT/ICS environments or industrial networking concepts
- Strong understanding of vulnerability management, threat modeling, and security best practices
- Hands-on experience with Linux systems and security tooling
- Knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks such as IEC 62443, NIST, or CIS
