About the role
Forma is looking for a Program Manager, Financial Operations to own the operational backbone of how member funds move through our platform — pre-tax contributions and investments, our pre- and post-tax card programs, and member tax documentation — and to manage the vendor relationships that power that infrastructure. What they're looking for
- 5+ years in operations, financial operations, or technical program/project management, ideally in fintech, HR tech, or benefits administration
- Experience managing vendor or banking/financial infrastructure relationships, ideally including owning or negotiating contracts with major financial institutions (e.g., JPMC or similar)
- Strong background in B2B invoicing and billing operations, including working knowledge of billing platforms
- Strong data analytics skills — able to pull, interpret, and act on operational data
- Experience with escalation management and cross-functional issue resolution in a technical or platform-driven environment
- Excellent executive communication skills, with the ability to translate complex financial detail for non-finance stakeholders
