About the role
Formlabs is looking for a Finance & Operations Staff to bridge our transactional finance operations and physical plant production. This role is designed for a systems-minded, highly organized professional who thrives at the intersection of accounting, data analysis, and manufacturing operations. In this role you will spend your time maintaining foundational transactional accuracy and driving inventory control, Bill of Materials maintenance (“BOM”), and workflow optimization.

- You are energized by both office finance work and factory-floor operations
- You enjoy working across teams (from accounting managers to production line workers) to close process loops
- You are highly receptive to feedback, eager to learn, and open-minded
- You enjoy learning how software applications integrate. You want to understand how data flows between Coupa, NetSuite,etc
- Demonstrated experience resolving transactional discrepancies in a fast-paced environment
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field is required
