You will design and own systems that don’t exist yet -- the foundational architecture for AI Agents operating over complex enterprise data. For example: Build a distributed agent pipeline that processes tens of millions of data points with deterministic, auditable, and multi-tenant-safe behavior

Fragment is the AI platform that autonomously streamlines procurement workflows end to end. Within a few months of launch, we signed Fortune 500 companies. Within a year of founding, our customers, all $1B+ revenue enterprises, continue to grow in number and are actively championing us to their networks, and our marketing and CAC to get here has been $0.
We're hiring Software Engineers to help build the systems that make this possible. Our team comes from enterprise AI and manufacturing and has been shipping agents in production environments since the beginning. We need engineers who want to own what they build.
The Team: Our CEO previously led and scaled three of Zoom's products past $300M in revenue, and our CTO is an ex-AI researcher who has spent his entire career in enterprise AI, leading engineering teams from seed through Series C. The broader team includes repeat VC-backed founders, Caltech PhDs, former quants, chess masters, Six Sigma Master Black Belts, and one very enthusiastic Bonsai grower.
