What they're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a related field
  • 3+ years of manufacturing engineering experience, preferably in aerospace, defense, or advanced manufacturing environments
  • Knowledge of aerospace manufacturing processes such as machining, welding, composites, assembly, additive manufacturing, and precision fabrication
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) products
  • Experience with CAD software (e.g., CATIA, SolidWorks, Creo, AutoCAD)
  • Knowledge of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing)
