- 3+ years of experience in strategy, business operations, investment bank management consulting, fintech, financial services, payments, banking technology, enterprise software, or a related field
- Strong structured problem-solving skills and experience conducting market assessments, competitive analyses, business case development, financial modeling, scenario planning, or similar strategic work
- Demonstrated ability to independently own complex analyses and cross-functional workstreams from problem definition through recommendation or implementation
- Strong analytical and financial acumen, with the ability to work with imperfect data, identify key drivers, and develop decision-useful insights
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to turn ambiguity and complexity into concise recommendations and executive-ready materials
