About the role
We are looking for a Senior Manager, Demand Generation to join our team and scale the channel that connects Garner to mid-size employers. Reporting directly to the VP of Demand Generation, you will own the campaigns, programs, and qualified pipeline behind our health insurance broker audience. What they're looking for
- 6+ years of B2B demand generation, growth, or integrated marketing experience, with direct accountability for a pipeline number
- A track record of building and scaling multi-channel campaigns and demand generation programs
- Experience marketing complex products to a sophisticated buyer
- Channel partner or partner marketing experience is a strong plus
- Strong command of funnel mechanics, including attribution, conversion rates, cost per acquisition, and pipeline-to-spend
- Fluency applying AI to build scalable marketing systems and programs
