What they're looking for
- 3+ years of experience in Human Resources, People Operations, or a related HR function within a fast-paced, high-growth organization
- 2+ years of experience administering Workday, Dayforce, or a comparable Human Resources Information System (HRIS)
- Experience supporting employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, offboarding, HRIS transactions, and employee data management
- Working knowledge of U.S. employment laws and HR compliance requirements, including I-9 verification, employee record maintenance, and confidential data handling
- Impeccable attention to detail with a proven commitment to data integrity, accuracy, and compliance across People processes and systems
- Experience working with ticketing systems such as Jira or equivalent platforms to manage employee requests and operational workflows
