What they're looking for
- 5-7+ years of experience in Partnerships, preferably in crypto or an emerging technology
- Experience building partner programs or ambassador ecosystems from scratch
- Real fluency with Prediction markets including trading behavior, order books, market-making mechanics, and how liquidity actually gets built on an exchange
- Comfortable leading commercial terms and working with legal/compliance to finalize agreements and onboard new partners
- Strong analytical skills — able to size opportunities, track liquidity/volume performance, and make data-informed prioritization calls
- Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, evolving regulatory and competitive environment
