- 2-4 years of product management experience, ideally at a high-growth tech company or fintech
- AI pilled - you leverage Claude and other AI tools in your day to day
- A genuine interest in stock trading and investing. You don't need to have been a professional trader, but you should be someone who actually trades or follows markets
- A bias toward action: you'd rather ship something small and learn than wait for the perfect plan
- Strong written communication and interpersonal skills. You can turn a messy problem into a clear spec or a tight Slack update
