- You have 8+ years of experience in software development and delivery
- You have 3+ years managing engineering teams, delivering high-quality software for customers
- You're technical enough to ask engineers good questions about architecture and product decisions
- You have experience with modern software engineering concepts, including AI coding tools and automation in the development workflow
- You have expertise in full-stack systems built with Scala or Java (or similar) and React Native
- You have experience building consumer-facing applications with a product- and UX-focused mindset
