About the role
Gen is seeking an adaptable, high‑impact Contract Recruiter to support hiring needs across Tempe, Arizona; New York City, New York; and Mountain View, California . This role manages a consistent requisition load of approximately 20–30 mid‑ to senior‑level roles , spanning professional, corporate, and technical functions based on evolving business needs.

- Proven experience recruiting mid‑ to senior‑level professional and/or technical talent in competitive markets
- Demonstrated ability to manage a high‑volume requisition load (20–30 roles) across multiple locations
- Strong experience partnering with senior stakeholders and operating in a consultative recruiting model
- Full‑cycle recruiting and sourcing expertise
- Strong AI fluency and data literacy
- Hands‑on experience with modern ATS platforms (e.g., Ashby)
