About the role

Define and communicate a clear product vision for the Enterprise Content Hub as both a differentiated consumer experience and a scalable enterprise product. Lead discovery with consumers, internal Gen brands, Content, Analytics, Partner Solutions, and Enterprise Product stakeholders to identify the highest-value problems and opportunities.

More about this role

GEN is looking for a Principal Product Manager to own the product strategy, roadmap, and end-to-end experience for the Enterprise Content Hub.

This is a senior, hands-on individual-contributor role for a product leader who is strongest in consumer product experiences and also understands what it takes to build those experiences as reusable enterprise solutions. You will own the complete product—from how consumers discover and engage with educational content to how the same product is configured, embedded, measured, and scaled across multiple Gen brands and enterprise partners.

You will work closely with Enterprise Product leadership to ensure the Content Hub is built with the right multi-tenant architecture, integration model, attribution, configurability, and operational foundations. You do not need to be an infrastructure specialist or former engineer, but you must be technically fluent enough to make sound product decisions with Engineering and understand how consumer-experience choices affect enterprise scalability.
