We're building out a dedicated health tech practice, and we're looking for an attorney who has spent their career going deep on this vertical — not broad.
What they're looking for
- J.D. from an accredited law school, active bar membership in good standing
- Hands-on experience drafting and negotiating BAAs and other healthcare-specific contracts
- Encyclopedic knowledge of HIPAA, FDA, and digital health regulatory frameworks, and the kind of current awareness that comes from genuinely caring about the space
- Real enthusiasm for teaching and knowledge-sharing — you're not protective of what you know, you want to multiply it
- Comfortable working with attorneys across experience levels, from first-year associates to senior partners
- Clear, confident communicator who can translate regulatory complexity into practical guidance for health tech founders and teams
