As Gimlet's Corporate Controller, you will own the accounting and financial operations foundation that supports the company as we scale. This is a build role, not a maintain role. Gimlet is growing quickly across customers, compute infrastructure, data centers, and financial complexity. What they're looking for
- 10+ years of progressive accounting experience with meaningful ownership of Accounting and Financial Operations
- Operated as a Controller, Assistant Controller with significant ownership, or equivalent accounting leader inside a rapidly scaling company
- Experience building an accounting function through meaningful private-company growth rather than only operating mature processes
- Deep, current US GAAP expertise across revenue recognition, fixed assets, leases, stock-based compensation, and complex commercial arrangements
- Personally owned a full close and consolidation across multiple legal entities
- Hands-on experience across payroll, equity administration, AP, billing, collections, and cash operations
