GTM business partnering : be the go-to People Partner for part of the GTM & G&A managers across France, Europe and the US (Account Executives EMEA, CSM EMEA and US, Sales Engineering EMEA and US, Finance, Legal and Operation teams) : coach them on team and individual situations, support people development as difficult conversations, and help them build effective, motivated teams. You will work in coordination with our HR Manager in the US who manages the other part of the GTM population
