What they're looking for
- Manage and report on cloud and AI-related expenses, maintaining forecast models that incorporate actual results, usage drivers, and business drivers
- Execute recurring month-end close activities, including accruals, allocations, reconciliations, variance analysis, and close commentary
- Support forecasting and annual planning cycles, and build or enhance financial models to answer new and evolving business questions
- Partner with engineering, product, procurement, accounting, and finance stakeholders to gather inputs, resolve data questions, explain results, and support spending decisions
- Access and analyze cloud billing information from provider consoles, billing exports, and other data sources, then translate findings into clear narratives, recommendations, and decision-support materials
- Use AI tools to automate and improve recurring analysis, reporting, data preparation, and other finance workflows while improving data quality, accuracy, scalability, and operating efficiency
