About the role
As Project Manager, you are responsible for the safe, compliant, and efficient delivery of data centre development and fit‑out projects at Global Switch. You manage projects end to end, ensuring delivery to agreed time, cost, quality, and regulatory standards while proactively managing risk, change, and contractor performance. You coordinate internal teams and external consultants, maintain clear governance and communication, and apply strong commercial and technical oversight to achieve operational readiness.

- Provide expert guidance in contract negotiations, ensuring favourable terms and alignment with organisational objectives

- Standardise cost, quality, and programme control frameworks, ensuring consistency and transparency across all projects
- Capable of managing internal fit-outs, project close-out, and ensuring timely delivery
