The Manufacturing Associate Engineer (AE) is responsible for supporting semiconductor manufacturing operations to achieve production, quality, cycle time, and delivery targets. This role partners closely with Process Engineering and Equipment Engineering and other cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence, improve productivity, and ensure efficient utilization of manufacturing resources.

The Manufacturing Associate Engineer (AE) is responsible for supporting semiconductor manufacturing operations to achieve production, quality, cycle time, and delivery targets. The AE provides technical and operational support, monitors manufacturing performance, identifies improvement opportunities, and contributes to continuous improvement initiatives while maintaining a strong focus on safety, quality, and customer commitments.
- Monitor and support daily manufacturing operations to achieve cycle time, throughput, quality, and shipment plan targets.
- Drive operational performance by identifying, analyzing, and resolving manufacturing issues impacting production.
- Coordinate with Process, Equipment and Manufacturing teams to optimize factory performance.
- Monitor WIP movement and support production prioritization to meet customer delivery commitments.
- Analyze manufacturing and operational data to identify trends, gaps, and improvement opportunities.
