About the role
GovWell is hiring a Senior Product Marketing Manager to own how we position, message, and bring our products to market. As we scale our engineering and product teams, this role ensures that everything we build is paired with a clear, compelling story that drives pipeline, adoption, and customer engagement. What they're looking for
- 2+ years in product marketing or a related role in B2B SaaS, with experience in positioning, messaging, or go-to-market execution
- Strong storyteller and writer who can translate technical products into clear, compelling narratives for non-technical buyers
- Customer-obsessed and data-driven, using research, win/loss insights, and market context to inform decisions
- Highly collaborative and comfortable partnering with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing to connect what gets built to how it is sold
- Systems-oriented and execution-focused, able to build repeatable processes and bring structure to ambiguous environments
- Thinks in terms of pipeline impact and deal influence and familiar with modern GTM tooling
