About the role
We’re hiring our first in-house Digital Marketing Production Designer to own hands-on creative production across web, email, collateral, and video. You take a brief: usually from marketing and turn it into finished, on-brand assets ready to ship. This is a high-volume execution role: multiple landing pages, email templates, ad cuts, and decks each week, all held to Granted’s brand system and healthcare compliance rules. - 3+ years in production or creative design, with a portfolio spanning web, email, and static work
- Proficiency in Figma for landing pages and web layouts
- Responsive email design in an ESP (Klaviyo, Customer.io , or similar)
- Comfort designing to an existing brand system and holding output consistent across formats
- Fast, reliable turnaround on high volume, you can read a written brief and run with it
