About the role
The Medical Science Liaison II (MSL II) serves as a scientific expert supporting academic and community physicians, KOLs, and select health system stakeholders. This role is responsible for building strong KOL relationships, delivering high-quality scientific exchange, and contributing to cross-functional initiatives with increasing autonomy and strategic impact.
What they're looking for
- Typically bachelor’s with ~8–12 years (or 6–8 with master’s / 3–5 with PhD/PharmD/MD) diagnostic or pharma experience required
- Typically 2–5+ years of experience in MSL or related medical affairs role
- Demonstrated experience in KOL engagement and scientific presentation delivery
- Strong analytical, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Ability to operate independently and manage territory priorities effectively
- Willingness to travel up to ~60%
