● Perform routine calibrations, measurements , and basic level triaging and repairs on a variety of instruments and equipment, ensuring accuracy and adherence to established standards. ● Record calibration data accurately per GDP and maintain calibration certificates and logs in accordance with company procedures and regulatory requirements. - Associates degree in Metrology, Mechanical Engineering, or a combination of education, training, and/or experience in a related field. Bachelor’s degree is preferred
- 0-2 years of experience in metrology or a related technical field
- Understanding of basic metrology concepts
- Ability to follow standard procedures and perform routine calibration tasks
- Experience authoring and executing calibrations, preventative maintenance, repair work, and other service-related work and documentation
- Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate in-person or via email with internal and external customers from diverse scientific, engineering, operational, and regulatory disciplines
