About the role
The Director, Product & Solutions Marketing leads GumGum's go-to-market marketing function and reports to the SVP, Global Marketing. This role brings product marketing and solutions marketing together into a single remit responsible for turning GumGum's products into a story our commercial teams can sell and giving them the programs, materials, and training to sell it well.
What they're looking for
- 8+ years of product/solutions marketing experience, including 3+ years directly managing and developing marketers
- Proven ability to build positioning, messaging, and end-to-end go-to-market strategies for complex product portfolios
- Track record of creating vertical/seasonal commercial programs that drive measurable pipeline and win-rate growth
- Skill in translating technical capabilities into sellable, problem-centric solutions for brands and agencies
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the credibility to train sellers and influence product leaders
- Experience designing field enablement materials, systems, and training that drive voluntary sales adoption
