- A bachelor's degree in media, marketing, or advertising
- 10+ years selling digital advertising, with a documented track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets
- Experience leading a team against a large book of business ($15M+), with proven results coaching sellers to improve
- An established, active network of brand and agency contacts across the Chicago, Detroit, and Ohio markets
- Deep ad-tech ecosystem fluency and the agility to adapt as the media landscape shifts
- Strong command of Salesforce, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word, you use Seller Crowd and follow the trades for account news
