About the role
To support our growth, we are currently looking for a motivated candidate with strong interpersonal skills and a genuine interest in guiding prospective students through their decision, to join our Admissions team. In this role you will support student recruitment, selection, and enrollment activities, contributing to an outstanding admission experience aligned with the College's values. It is an excellent entry point to grow within a dynamic, international education environment.

- Assist the Admissions Team in managing and tracking inquiries, applications, and admissions procedures
- Manage communication with prospective students, applicants, and families (email, phone, online and on-campus meetings)
- Support the organization and execution of admissions events, such as open houses, college tours, and orientation sessions
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure accurate and up-to-date information on the school's admissions platforms
- Assist in maintaining the admissions database and ensuring the accuracy of applicant records
- Help coordinate interviews, assessments, and follow-up communications with applicants and their families
