About the role
The Service Trainer is responsible for developing, coordinating, and delivering high-quality, hands-on technical training programs to service technicians working at our authorized EV dealer network. This role requires travel to various dealer locations and training centers to ensure all technicians possess the knowledge and skills necessary to maintain Harbinger's vehicles to the highest standard of quality and safety. - Minimum of 5+ years of experience as a Service Technician, Automotive Trainer, or in a related technical role
- Minimum of 2+ years of direct experience working with or training on High Voltage (HV) EV systems and components
- Technical Expertise
- Deep understanding of automotive electrical theory, diagnostic procedures, and vehicle systems
- Proven ability to read and interpret complex wiring diagrams, schematics, and service manuals
