Hinge Health is looking for a Senior Engineering Manager to lead a software engineering team inside Hardware R&D, focused on the software systems behind a connected medical device experience. This role sits at the intersection of consumer software, connected devices, clinical workflows, and regulated product delivery.

Hinge Health is looking for a Senior Engineering Manager to lead a software engineering team inside Hardware R&D, focused on the software systems behind a connected medical device experience. This role sits at the intersection of consumer software, connected devices, clinical workflows, and regulated product delivery. You will own a single, high-complexity engineering team that spans mobile, backend, BLE, and hardware-adjacent software, and will be responsible for building a platform that is reliable, compliant, and adaptable enough to support rapid product iteration in a demanding domain.
You will partner closely with Product, Clinical, Regulatory, Hardware Engineering, Data, Member Support, and Quality/Compliance teams to define strategy, ship high-quality products, and ensure the device experience is safe, scalable, and delightful for our members end to end.
Build a deep understanding of our device ecosystem, including FDA-regulated device software, BLE connectivity, mobile and backend platforms, and the clinical and operational workflows that support them.
