About the role
The Vehicle Integration Engineer is the technical owner of each machine retrofit. This person leads the integration from the initial vehicle assessment through field commissioning and technical acceptance. What they're looking for
- 5+ years of experience in vehicle, robotics, automotive, industrial equipment, or systems integration
- Strong hands-on experience integrating complex electromechanical systems
- Experience with industrial vehicles, construction equipment, material-handling equipment, or mobile robots
- Experience integrating sensors, compute systems, actuators, controllers, and communication networks
- Working knowledge of vehicle electrical systems and CAN/J1939
- Ability to read mechanical drawings and work with CAD-based designs
