About the role
The pay range for this role is $83,000 to $127,800 USD annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to United States of America candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

Large Format Printer - Channel Service Manager
The Channel Service Manager serves as the primary HP service liaison for strategic Large Format Channel Partners, driving partner readiness, service delivery excellence, escalation management, operational compliance, and continuous improvement across HP’s Large Format portfolio.
- Provide a single point of contact for service managers focusing on HP Strategic Partners deploying and supporting HP’s Channel Partner portfolio
- Lead consultative engagements with partner delivery teams to plan, design, deploy, and manage complex Large Format service and support solutions.
- Drive monthly/quarterly reviews with partners Provide expert consulting on specific technology, application, service offering or market segment through proactively maintaining high-level technical, operational expertise and understanding of industry trends to develop channel partner relationship
- Apply deep and broad Large Format technical background and knowledge of printing industry trends to manage critical channel partner relationships
