Human Interest is seeking a high-performing Retirement Sales Activation Manager to lead a dynamic team responsible for driving efficiency, velocity, and customer satisfaction throughout the conversion process. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and has a passion for optimizing processes, managing performance, and exceeding aggressive targets.
What they're looking for
- 3-5 years of total professional experience, with at least 2+ years in a people leadership role within Sales, Implementation, or a related function in a SaaS or Retirement/Financial Services environment
- Proven track record of success in a quota-carrying and target-driven environment
- Strong understanding of 401(k) plan design or the ability to quickly develop subject-matter expertise
- Highly data-driven mindset with expertise in pipeline management, forecasting, and performance coaching
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to drive action in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment
- Demonstrated ability to optimize processes, improve operational efficiency, and execute against aggressive targets
