Analytics are central to our success. Analytics are at the heart of how we make decisions as a company. We're building the first full stack, automated retirement management platform in the industry – and data tells us how to optimize. We are a fast growing company, and it's time to build an enterprise grade data stack. You will be responsible for using data to identify process vulnerabilities and general optimization opportunities.
What they're looking for
- Minimum 5+ years of experience working in analytics or data science
- Ability to present stakeholders with clear, accurate, and impactful recommendations based on data
- Expertise with developing and maintaining compelling data visualizations
- Ability to connect the dots between data and business impact
- Experience building dashboards and reports in Hex, including using Hex's AI capabilities
- Experience building dashboards and reports in Salesforce
