About the role
As an Applied AI Engineer, you will build AI-powered products and agentic systems that help clinicians, care teams, operations staff, and members work more effectively. You will rapidly prototype, deploy, and iterate on AI solutions using the latest advances in Large Language Models, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), agent frameworks, and healthcare data platforms.
What they're looking for
- Healthcare Experience (Required)
- 4+ years of experience building software, AI, machine learning, or data-driven applications within healthcare, life sciences, biotechnology, genomics, diagnostics, digital health, or clinical environments
- Direct experience working with healthcare data, including one or more of:
- Clinical records
- Laboratory data
- Genomics data
