- M&A and Strategic Transactions: You have supporting experience on mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and other corporate transactions, and can lead or support M&A workstreams as needed
- Strategic Problem Solver: You are capable of navigating complex commercial, regulatory, and structural issues and developing practical, business-oriented solutions
- Cross-Functional Operator: You work effectively across legal, finance, tax, treasury, development, and executive teams and are comfortable coordinating multiple stakeholders under demanding timelines

In this high-impact role, you will lead the legal structuring, negotiation, and execution of joint ventures, strategic partnerships, minority investments, and sophisticated financing transactions — including project financings, structured debt arrangements, and acquisition financings — that are central to the company's long-term growth strategy.
