About the role
The Chief of Staff will report directly to the CEO, ensuring that the company’s strategic priorities are executed efficiently and effectively. The Chief of Staff will serve as a right-hand advisor to the CEO, designing and executing growth initiatives, driving critical projects across the organization, and informing strategic decision-making at the highest level.

- Design, prioritize, and execute critical growth and optimization initiatives for the business
- Build a deep, nuanced understanding of the energy infrastructure and data center markets, identify key market dynamics and trends, and understand business differentiators
- Serve as a trusted partner to the CEO by generating and delivering rigorous quantitative and qualitative insights to drive business strategy and decision-making
- Participate in or lead key meetings with internal and external stakeholders with or on behalf of the CEO, shaping program design and execution and ensuring that initiatives are executed to the highest standard
- Align and manage internal and external stakeholders across special projects ranging from cross-functional initiatives to executive-specific needs
- Produce materials for internal and external stakeholders, including memos, presentations, and materials for Board of Director meetings

ABOUT THE ROLE

The Chief of Staff will serve as a right-hand advisor to the CEO, designing and executing growth initiatives, driving critical projects across the organization, and informing strategic decision-making at the highest level. This role requires a high degree of business acumen, quantitative aptitude, analytical rigor, people management skills, and end-to-end ownership of high-stakes initiatives.
